Membership application form
Membership Eligibility Criteria
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who originate from the Sylhet Division of Bangladesh. Applicants must have no criminal record, must not be dependent on intoxicating substances, and must not be declared bankrupt. All applicants who meet these eligibility criteria are welcome to apply for membership.
Complete the online application form or download and email the completed form to us. Our committee will review your application and contact you with confirmation and payment instructions. Membership costs £20, and your membership number will be assigned once your application and payment have been approved.
